In the outdoor area at DESIGN POST during ORGATEC 2018 we demonstrated how architecture affects the acoustics of spaces and to raise awareness of acoustics in general. Dr. Christian Nocke was closely involved in the development of the acoustic garden by which a scientific approach was applied. The acoustics expert explains, "This project explores how sound is created and propagated and how it is perceived by people." This Weber, an internationally renowned designer and project head for object design, emphasizes the interactive aspect: "Visitors to the exhibit are intuitively drawn to the areas of effectiveness through the combination of shape and color, and in turn become an active part of the garden."
